Paul is best known for his work in developing the concept of robust fire strategies around the world. He wrote British Standard Specification PAS 911 in 2007 and authored his much acclaimed book "Fire strategies -us strategic thinking". He has gained expensive experience in fire safety and protection for complex environments - from rail to healthcare. He has held leading roles in fire insurance, fire safety certification and London Underground. He has been involved in British and European Standards in fire safety and has been a business owner since the 1990s. He then went on to form Fire Cubed LLP and subsequently the AdashE AE service designed for NHS Trusts

Jamie is a highly experienced healthcare fire safety specialist. He leads the site AE Fire Audits. Prior to working with AdashE, he worked as a Senior Inspecting Officer for London Fire Brigade as well as a key role at Croydon Hospital.

Lee is highly experienced in healthcare fire safety and is a recognised expert in ensuring pragmatic solutions for seemingly unsolvable situations. He was a leading inspector for London Fire Brigade and was Chairman of the London branch of the National Healthcare Fire Officers Association (NAHFO).

Nicole has gained an international reputation for her work in the fire safety engineering field and concentrates on complex fire scenarios to provide best practice solutions. She has worked with the Building Research Establishment and Fire Research Station before concentrating on rail fire safety. Her extensive experience and knowledge is now being used for the healthcare sector. She also overseas fire safety engineering computer modelling of fire and evacuation scenarios.

Olga brings an extensive career in information management and cyber security. She is taking on a lead role in setting up the AdashE Information / Cyber Security division to help NHS Trusts to use best practice in this constanthly changing environment.
